It worked as a demo, but then completely failed when I purchased it. Acronis recommended I uninstall and reinstall. DUH - like no one thinks to try that before calling. So I had to remove this manually. The product has an incomplete uninstall and leaves all kinds of files and registry entries not to mention running services. When I MUST clone I use Ghost, although I despise most N@rton apps as well.
